Welcome to Canada Journey Sutra (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including guided tours, ground transportation, and airport transfers via SUVs and coaches within Canada.

By using our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Ownership and Offerings

This website is owned and operated by Canada Journey Sutra Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada.

Our services include guided tours, ground transportation, and airport transfer arrangements across British Columbia and The Rockies.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Reservation Process

• All bookings must be made via our official website, by phone or email, or in person with our authorized representatives.

• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour or service.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or direct bank transfers.

3.3 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we issue a booking confirmation via email or in writing.

• Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

• A 50% Deposit of the cost of services rendered is required 60Days prior to the departure date to ensure confirmation of the services.

• Balance 50% of the payment is to made 30Days prior to the departure date.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer Cancellations:

  • More than 30 days before the tour: 75% refund of the deposit made.

  • 15 days before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7days: No refund.

• Company Cancellations: If a tour is cancelled by us due to weather, low participation, or unforeseen events, a full refund of the deposit made, will be issued.

 

5. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to change, cancel, or reschedule services or tour itineraries without prior notice due to operational requirements or safety concerns.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and delays. Canada Journey Sutra can also issue a travel insurance coverage policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Journey Sutra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Delays or changes in itineraries

• Loss or damage of personal belongings

• Injuries, accidents, or illnesses during travel

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Canada Journey Sutra. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.

9. User Content and Conduct

By submitting reviews, photos, or content, you grant Canada Journey Sutra the right to use, publish, and display the content on our website or marketing materials. You agree not to post offensive, misleading, or unlawful content.

10. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Canada Journey Sutra harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.

By booking or providing your contact details, you consent to receive promotional emails and communications from us. You may opt out at any time.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
